Users can save Promo Codes in the form of Vouchers in their Voucher Wallet, or apply promo codes from out-of-app platforms (e.g. a Shopee Promo Code retrieved from partners such as Shopback).
If your promo code isn't working, it may be because its terms and conditions haven't been met (e.g. limited redemption, validity expired, redemption period, minimum spend, for specific shops or collections, etc.).
